| I must say, this game is funny and a blast to play. I can see why it has so many positive reviews. We love it, and would give the game five stars except for two issues. The first is that it is simply a card game. Paying $20 for a deck of cards seems a bit steep to me. However, honestly, that wouldn't bother me as much if not for the second issue. The production quality of the cards are low. Most of the regular decks of cards I've played lasted longer than these. Within a few weeks, we were seeing wear on the cards that took some of the mystery out of what was in another players hands. Now, after about 20 games, every card is marked by wear on the edges. I would encourage the game developers to invest in a thicker card with a heavier wax like the ones many other card decks are made with. If you purchase the game, and you have a laminator, it may be wise to laminate before gameplay so the cards last a long time. If they do, it will be well worth having. It's a hilarious game to play! | Exploding Kittens is quite easily one of the most hilarious games I have played. I purchased Exploding Kittens a while ago as a gift for my wife. We are huge gamers! (board games) .. I host a game night among friends twice a month at my house. My friends and I are constantly buying and playing new games to play and Exploding Kittens are quite entertaining. I give this game high accolades for innovation and uniqueness. The images are hilarious and amusing. The game play is unique and stand out from many other games. I love the strategy and "luck of the draw" concept. The directions require ALOT of reading and take a few minutes and mistakes to get used to. | This app is AWSOME!! It's TOTALLY worth the money, especially with more and more COMPLETLY FREE updates! I got Mincraft a couple years after it was first made, and it wasn't the best improved, still in Beta. So I get all the updates free - and let me tell you, it's best to get it know even if you think you might not play vitally because it could and might get more expensive with more updates. | Who knew that infecting the world could be so much fun? I bought this and once I started, well, I've not really stopped. Just a great, institutive strategy game where you can start slow with 'casual' or go do the 'brutal' options. Even though you only start with the 'virus' - there are so many options on how to play the game: depending upon what country you pick, and how you choose your transmission method, the symptom of your disease and the abilities. You can play a dozen games on casual, with virus, and pick different countries and it will be a completely different game each time - BRILLIANT | I first heard of this game in my Instructional Technology class. The way the presenter talked about it made it seem very scary but it's really not. It is a ton of fun, though! The object of the game is to infect the entire population of the world with a plague and have them die from it before a cure is found. There is no gore or violence. All you see is a map of the world with statistics at the bottom, planes and ships going from country to country, news reports that you can act on by altering your plague according to the news, and the screens you access to increase infectivity, symptoms, or abilities. It is actually very educational and a good way to get a child interested in the science behind it. There are several different difficulty levels you can play on. Different types of plagues (virus, bacterial, prion, etc.) have different attributes that can make it more difficult as well because you have to alter your strategy for that type. There were also games I could not find in the Playstore so that was just an extra plus!
